Is selling harry potter ebooks online legal?

If it isn’t legal , how can I sell online legally possibly for free?
If it is not
IS THERE A WAY TO SELL LEGALLY??????
And can i give it for free?

    ebooks?……as in a copy of the book? Every heard of copyright? Yeah that doesn’t sound legal. But I don’t know…try selling on Ebay.

    if you dont own the book, ie: you arent the publisher, than yes its very illegal.

    Yes it is, if you have the necessary permission and authorization from the author and publisher. (Which sounds like you don’t).

    I think giving them away for free is not much of a legal thing either. Although that french kid seems to have gotten away with it, right? Anyway, this is very powerful people we’re talking about, and it is better not to mess with them. It’s their material and they have every right over it and in all the languages you know.

    How can you sell online’? Or give away for free?
    Write you own stuff and do it! :) I’m assuming YOU have YOUR permission!
