Is it legal to provide links to file hosting sites on ones website for ebooks?

What if the name of the website providing the download link is there on the frontpage/pages of the ebook(for promotional purpose).
Share and Enjoy: These icons link to social bookmarking sites where readers can share and discover new web pages.

    No Its Not Because Your Just Giving The Links.Your Not Involved With Any of The Activities So Its The Consumers Responsibility,Your Just Providing The Info!
