i have DLguard but it is too complicated to use and the tech support documentation is woefully inadequate.

    I think eBay has an option to sell an item as “Digital Delivery”. In that case it gives the download url as soon as the payment is completed.

    You may try chatting with ebay live support to get more info.

    Try e-junkie.com. It’s free for the first month I believe then it’s only like 5 dollars a month thereafter. They’re easily integrated with Paypal as well and Google checkout.
