What do i need to do to make a read only library out of my personal ebooks, is this posible? can i charge on that? where can i find more information? I want to be able to manage a library of read only(not downloadable) e-books that are copyrighted. but i havent found any laws about it. I wouldn’t charge on books individualy but for a membership wich will allow the acces to all books.

eBooks have the same copyrights as anything else… you cannot sell what is copyrighted… but you could find public domain eBooks you could sell or give away. You could even copyright a public domain eBook yourself if you added your own material to the book such as a summary of what is happening on each chapter, a historical view at what happened during the time of the book, anything like that…

Now if you mean Personal eBooks as in ones you made on your own, you can charge what you wish. You could sell them on eBay or just make a Geocities site to sell them on.
