How do I transfer ebooks into my iPod?

I recently downloaded two ebooks (pdf file) from frostwire and I would like to know how to put them in my iPod Touch. I don’t have an ebook manager on my computer and i do not know which ipod application to download from itunes, if any. Can someone please tell me how or what I need to do to put these books in my ipod. Thanks a bunch!!

    try stanza. you can get free books that don’t have any copyrights protecting them aswell.
