How can i read ebooks in my ipod video?

is it possible to do so?
if the books are lit files how can i put it?
i downloaded 7zip but i don’t know how to use it still

    Yes it is possible!
    Installing an iPod Notes formatted eBook (For iPod mini or 3rd Generation iPod or LATER):

    Download the zipped file, and unzip it.
    Mac users - the built-in unzip utility or Stuffit Expander should work fine
    Windows users - the built-in unzip utility has trouble, but 7-zip works.
    Mount your iPod as an external drive.
    Open the Notes folder on your iPod. If it doesn’t exist, create a folder called “Notes”.
    Drag the unzipped eBook folder into the Notes folder on your iPod.
    Unmount your iPod.
