Has anyone used these eBooks and did they work?

I have had several yeast infections and bacterial infections in the past few months and now i have another one. Someone suggested using an eBook (specifically “Natural cyre for yeast infections” by Sarah Summers) to help cure these ailments. Has anyone used this eBook or one like it and had a good experience that worked?

    I don’t know about the ebook, but if you take L.acidophilis and probiotics you can help prevent yeast infections.

    What often happens if you get a bacterial infection, and you take antibiotics. The antibiotics kill the good bacteria along with the bad, and with the good bacteria gone, the yeast that is there naturally has a chance to go haywire!

    So probiotics are key. You can find them at any health store or supplement store like GNC.
