Ebook compiler

I would like to sell software and scripts. Any good marketplace anyone has tried?

I have a bunch of ebooks on my computer and i decided to free up some space by putting all of them on a bunch of CD’s but i dont know what kind to use. CD-R or CD-W or what? I could use a USB but I’d rather use CD’s.

I love to cook, and wish to write ebooks and share my tallent. Does your book have to be copywrited? Once you get an ebook together, how do you go about publishing and placing it for sale? I have this class of Advance Business Finance and the textbook used will be Intermediate financial management by Brigham. The book is very expensive in the bookstore, is there a cheaper or a free alternative?

I’m trying to find a more reasonable public library for ebooks. New York library has ebooks I like but I live in Alabama and the cost would be 100.00 per year for a card - know any other web sites?

There is a C++ for Dummies book that I am currently reading, and I do not have the cd that came with it because my copy is an ebook. Is there any place where I can download (or even get the cd itself) without buying the full book?
The cd includes a compiler that I really need, and all the example problems from the book.

I never said i didnt buy it. You have to pay for ebooks too you know. Ebooks just dont come with the extra cd.
